At Inhale and Breathe, our mission is to provide a safe and supportive space for people to explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions. Our expertise is to help each individual make sense of their experiences and find ways to move forward.
We understand that everyone’s story is unique, so we take a personalized approach to each session. We focus on creating an environment of trust and understanding, so that our clients can feel comfortable discussing their issues. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, or anything else, we’re here to help.

We believe in person cantered conversations and support, in all of our work, both with adults, young people and children.

Our approach puts you in the middle of the experience, to ensure you get what you need out of each session and to ensure you feel you have been seen and heard. We work with you to find out what you need and adapt this over time as you change.

Each client we work with is as unique as you are, so no two sessions will be the same. Our clients lead the way and we draw alongside, to help you gain the most out of each experience and session.

Our counselling sessions are are 1:1 in person or online and we also offer walking therapy sessions.
